Physical Delivery (Courier Shipping)
For clients who require physical copies of translated documents, we offer courier shipping services worldwide.

- ✓ Delivery to any address worldwide

Upon payment confirmation, your order enters our translation queue.
Translation & Review
Professional translators complete your translation and quality review (3-5 business days standard, 1-2 days priority, 24 hours urgent).
Email Delivery
Translated document is delivered via email immediately upon completion.
Physical Shipping (Optional)
If physical delivery is selected, documents are printed and shipped via courier (5-10 business days additional).

Tracking & Insurance
Tracking
All physical shipments include tracking numbers. You will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your delivery status in real-time.
Insurance
All physical shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, we will reprint and reship your documents at no additional cost.
Customs & Import Duties
For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fee.

Delivery Issues
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your physical shipment is lost or damaged during transit:
- Contact us immediately with tracking information
- Provide photographic evidence of damage (if applicable)
- We will file a claim with the courier
- We will reprint and reship your documents at no additional cost
Delayed Delivery
If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window:
- Contact us with your tracking number
- We will investigate the delay with the courier
- We will provide you with updated delivery information
- If severely delayed, we will offer a partial refund or resend via expedited shipping
